Our social contribution activities
Kaneta Kogyo values its responsibilities as a member of the local community and continues to work with the awareness that each employee’s actions contribute to the value of society. We contribute to the realization of a better society through connections with communities, contributions to future generations, and activities with employee participation.
Philosophy & Activity Policy
We value our responsibilities as members of the local community. Kaneta Kogyo’s basic approach to social contribution activities is for each employee, regardless of their department or position, to work together in the same direction, by contributing to the community, the environment, and future generations.
While maintaining awareness that “our work is connected to society” and performing our daily duties with integrity will enhance our company’s purpose. We hope to remain a company that is needed by the local community through not only goodwill but also continuous activities linked to our business.

Major Initiatives
Used Randoseru Collection and Donation
We solicited donations via our internal bulletin board and received donations from volunteers.
We collected unwanted randoseru (firm-sided backpacks) for elementary school children from our employees and donate them to children overseas. In 2025, five randoseru were collected from four employees, and we donated them through the Hamamatsu Lions Club. This is a highly continuous initiative that connects the passion of our employees and their families to the education of the next generation.
Participation in Community Events
To make deeper interactions with the local community, we participated in the Takaoka Festival, held in the Takaoka district where our headquarters is located. In 2025, we set up a “struck out” booth, where many children had fun playing. The event was so successful that all the prizes were gone by the time the event was over. Through interactions with local residents, we aim to be a “company open to the community.”
Blood Donation Promotion Initiative

We actively encourage blood donations within the company and give commemorative gifts to employees who participate. Our blood donation program has been well received, our employees are saying, “It gives me a real sense of contributing to society.” Through these contributions, this initiative allows each employee to feel a sense of social contribution.
Eco-Cap and Pull Tab Collection and Donation
We set up collection boxes inside our company and donated the caps and pull tabs we have collected to temporary staffing agencies. We will contribute to support social welfare efforts, such as providing vaccines and wheelchairs.
Other Activities
We participate in the Bell Mark campaign, which supports the education of local children. We collect Bell Marks brought by employees and donate them.
Accepting factory tours for junior high school students
We partner with local schools to organize factory tours. Doing this fosters interest in manufacturing and creates opportunities for interacting with the local community.
Community cleanup activities
We regularly clean up the area around our company as part of our beautification activities. By having our employees act as members of the local community, we are contributing to the creation of a clean city.
