Utilizing cold forging technology, our base in Indonesia produces shafts in an integrated manner for 4-wheel vehicles and 2-wheel vehicles. 24 hour a day operation and mobility ensure it makes a stable supply both domestically and internationally, providing quality that is chosen by people around the globe.
PT Kaneta Indonesia is a production base that does integrated shaft manufacturing, centered on cold forging technology. In addition to our advantageous labor costs and its good location, our strengths lie in our two-building structure and 24-hour operation, providing high production capacity. With departments equivalent to those in Japan, we can quickly handle everything from prototyping to mass production. We ensure stable supply through a system that allows it to complete equipment maintenance in-house. In addition to Japanese companies, we also supply products to five foreign countries, including China, Thailand, the Philippines, and Mexico, and have built quality and a production system that has been chosen by people around the globe.

PTKI has built a system which enables it to complete all processes related to shaft manufacturing in-house, with manufacturing, purchasing, and production engineering capabilities. Making use of our technological capabilities, particularly in cold forging, we have made it our strength to be able to flexibly handle everything from prototyping to mass production.

Excluding expatriate employees, all of PT Kaneta Indonesia’s approximately 300 employees are Indonesian nationals. Therefore, we are working to create an environment which takes Islamic culture into consideration, and we are providing prayer rooms and appropriate meals. Our employees are cheerful and have good will towards Japan, and they actively participate in QC circle activities and personnel exchanges with Japan.
